Stick to a routine – Start a new routine or stick to your old one and modify it to be indoors. Get up at a regular time, take a shower and get dressed as you would on a normal day. Enjoy your day and go to sleep at your normal time. Boost your immune system – Eat foods that are healthy and high in nutrients to boost your immune system. Cut down on foods with added sugars and starch, yup that means cakes and fries. Make sure you are consuming good amounts of proteins, like eggs, chicken, broccoli, oats and many more. Add spices like turmeric, oregano and rosemary to your meals.
